In Northern Italy, Merlotti products are highly appreciated and in recent years they have had their consecration at a national level, especially thanks to the line of Spicy Cured Meats, such as the Spicy Sausage, which you can find in various versions.

Among the strengths of Salumificio Merlotti are the constancy of production and the quality of the products: characteristics that over time have rewarded the company with as many as 25 private label customers.
Exports
From December 2020 the company decided to create an export department which immediately paid off: foreign turnover went from 4% in 2019 to 16% in 2021. We export to France, Germany, Austria, England, Malta, Poland , Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark and Sweden.
